Refund & Cancellation Policy for The Tools

At The Tools, we are dedicated to providing high-quality training and a positive learning experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below. We want you to be fully informed about how we handle refunds, whether for duplicate payments, non-attendance, or partial attendance. Our goal is to address any concerns you might have and to make sure you feel confident in your decision to join our training courses.
1. Refunds for Completed Training Course
We do not provide refunds for training courses that have been completed. Once training has concluded, all payments are non-refundable.
2. Refunds for Duplicate or Extra Payments
If a duplicate or extra payment is made by mistake, we will process a refund for the additional amount. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days upon request from the candidates.
3. Refunds for Unattended Sessions
If no sessions are attended, we will provide a full refund. The refund request must be made before the training begins, and no access to our training course materials should have occurred.
4. Partial Refunds for Attended Sessions
We offer partial refunds only in cases of emergencies or significant life changes, such as a medical emergency or a major career shift that prevents participation. Documentation supporting the emergency or life change will be required. The amount refunded will be based on the number of sessions attended or the syllabus completed, and the final decision on the refund amount will be made by our institute and is binding.
5. General Refund Guidelines
- Refunds are subject to approval and may depend on specific circumstances.
- All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days following the approval of the refund request from the candidate by our institute.
- The final decision on any refunds will be decided by our institute.
6. Course Rescheduling and Cancellation
Our institute reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training course due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or unexpected events (such as natural disasters, political instability, etc.). In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided.
